These classes can be taken individually or as a bundle. These two one-day courses will teach you how to apply CMMI principles to improve organizational Security and Safety. The Building Security Excellence and Building Safety Excellence courses provide students with best practices for defining security and safety organizational strategies, approaches, activities, and functions.
These courses are intended for anyone interested in improving an organization’s capability to manage security and safety activities. Building Security Excellence and Building Safety Excellence are designed for CMMI Lead Appraisers, CMMI Instructors, Appraisal Team Members, and CMMI Associate certified individuals who are interested in building their organization’s capability in the areas of security and safety.
Successful completion of this course provides the prerequisite training necessary for qualified individuals to serve on a CMMI Appraisal Team for appraisals including Security and Safety. However, individuals interested in sitting for the CMMI Professional for Security and Safety Exam are required to complete both of these courses as well as the additional prerequisites, Advancing Organizational Capability: Applying CMMI, and High Maturity Concepts.
Our training is delivered by a CMMI Instructor and High Maturity Lead Appraiser certified in Development, Services, Supplier, Safety, Security, Data, People, and Virtual Domains and a CMMI v2.0/v3.0 model author, a CMMC Provisional Instructor, CMMC Assessor, and Certified CMMC Professional.
