BTI teaches ISACA’s (formerly the CMMI Institute) official two-day “CMMI 3.0 Foundations of Capability” and single-day “Building Development Excellence” and “Building Service Excellence” classes. The courses are offered both online and in-person classroom training.
The courses teach the core concepts of the CMMI version 3.0, including the CMMI’s vocabulary, practice areas, and a deep-dive into CMMI implementation details. We also supplement the course with additional material on the CMMI appraisal process and preparing for an appraisal. Completion of this course enables students to participate in a CMMI appraisal and further CMMI training courses.
