For those new to CMMI, we offer a four-day Building Organizational Excellence course where you learn about CMMI and the eight domains it covers — the prerequisite for all other CMMI training. Learn the core concepts, structure, and value of CMMI version 3.0, the latest evolution of the Capability Maturity Model Integration framework. Completion of this course qualifies you to take the CMMI Practitioner exam and serve as an appraisal team member on any appraisal.
For those new to CMMI, we offer a two-day Foundations of Capability course — the prerequisite for all other CMMI training. Learn the core concepts, structure, and value of CMMI version 3.0, the latest evolution of the Capability Maturity Model Integration framework. Upon completion of this course you are eligible to take the CMMI Associate exam.
Build on that foundation with our one-day Building Development Excellence course, which applies CMMI best practices to product development. This course qualifies you to participate as an Appraisal Team Member on a CMMI-DEV appraisal. Then, continue your learning with our one-day Building Service Excellence class, which covers using CMMI to enhance service delivery and management. This has allowed us to have a much higher fluidity in our staff and contract execution locations without suffering performance degradation. Also, BTI has led the way in choreographing novel appraisal methodologies that have significantly reduced the cost of maintaining CMMI certification and ensuring that the programs do not suffer “set-back” during the gap between certification renewals.
CNI was going to graduate from the federal government’s 8(a) program. We had to be prepared to compete. Part of this is having good processes. BTI helped us to do it.
