This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work will be performed on contractor site. The technical SETA contractor will be in support of the customer’s CSSP roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the development of technical system requirements, functional requirements, operational requirements and their translation to conceptual designs and models that lead to strategic implementable solutions that solve CSSP problems.
Assisting with development and maintenance of SOP’s, technical specs, guidelines, and technical support to enhance the operational and technical capabilities of the CSSP.
Assist the customer achieve seamless integration of CSSP functions.
Provide Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) system, operational and service representations of CSSP functions.
Analyze existing data architecture challenges and recommend changes necessary to achieve functional objectives.
Assist in identifying new and existing products or technologies to solve design, development, and operational requirements.
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
Position requires a current/active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline and at least 15 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for two years of experience. Note: a High School Diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
Experience in cyber security principles, cyber vulnerability analysis, cyber incident handling.
A broad experience in systems engineering disciplines, system integration, architecture development, mission use case and thread analysis.
A demonstrated ability to work constructively and successfully with diverse stakeholders to resolve mission and technical issues.
Self-starter, with high attention to detail, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
