A BTI Six Sigma Black Belt will lead a Lean Six Sigma project for your organization as well as train your Six Sigma Green Belts as needed in implementing the improvement project.
BTI will:
- Work with you to define an issue statement that
includes an expected project completion date, targeted
return on investment for the project, and benefit
that the organization is intending to achieve.
- Assist you in measuring the aspects of the current
processes that are relevant to the issue.
- Analyze the data to assist you in understanding
the root cause of the issue.
- Work with you to design and implement process
improvement as indicated by the analyzed data.
- Work with you to design and implement a process
control system or enhance and existing control system,
to sustain the process improvement.
- Produce a management report on the actual process
improvement project return on investment versus
the targeted return on investment.
