This course trains people in how to prepare for a SCAMPI A and B appraisal. The course provides practical hands-on exercises to use an organization's artifacts to present the case of process implementation. This course helps the organization to prepare for a more efficient and accurate appraisal by presenting material to the appraisal team in a manner that is complete, clear, and convincing.
